A Maverick’s Path moves through the building as a continuous blue line, rising through the stairwell in contrast to four straight vertical elements.

Composed of CNC-bent aluminum pipe, stainless steel cable, and steel bases, the 65-foot installation transforms the stairwell into a dynamic field of motion, structure, and forward momentum.

A Maverick’s Path is a suspended, dynamic vertical installation that celebrates risk-taking, forward motion, and ideas that refuse to follow the expected route. The work is suspended within a central stairwell and is composed of an energetic, fluid line — an idea in motion. The path winds its way upward in contrast to rigid vertical elements that flank it. Together, these forms symbolize the interplay between tradition and disruption.

The sculpture measures 65 feet tall and is composed of approximately 280 linear feet of CNC-bent aluminum pipe. Each pipe segment is joined seamlessly to form a continuous gesture. Four straight vertical pipes also span the height of the installation, providing grounding and emphasizing the contrast between the direct path and the maverick one. Anchored with steel bases and stainless steel cables, the work transforms the stairwell into a sculptural field of movement, structure, and momentum.
