This body of work continues Depeña’s exploration of image, memory, and materiality, with a return to his examination of the urban landscape. Rather than presenting the city as a fixed form, the series approaches it as a shifting site of transformation—where place, light, and image fold together, softening into abstraction while still holding onto their material weight.
